Register for a North Country Library System card. This entitles you to use any of our libraries in the four county system (Lewis, Jefferson, Oswego and St. Lawrence). Your card will allow you to use many services, such as using our online catalog, ordering books and e-books online, and accessing our many databases.
Please bring with you some photo ID (current driver's license) and some proof of current address (utility bill).We will be asking you for full name, full birth date and your address (not P.O. box), and a phone number.
Your new card will be sent to the Constableville Library in about a week. Our library hours are Monday 9-12pm and 2-5pm, Tuesday Closed, Wednesday 1-5pm, Thursday 6-8pm and Friday 3-5pm.
